- This allows you to attack your Focus Target or if you haven´t set one your Tagets Target or simply your main focused Target . So with this you can set a Boss as your Focus target --Shift+F-- then Target your Tank as normal and Heal ect while using Attack skills on the Focus Target without Switching off from your Heal Target. You can Simply Change Ruin II to Ruin / Bio / Bio II to make Makros for your other Damage skills. Have fun , i hope this Helps
